My Story

My work sits at the intersection of research, practice, and everyday life. I am a psychologist and academic with a background in neuroscience and coaching psychology, and my career has focused on understanding how people grow, learn, and lead within their social and relational contexts. I have worked and trained across different countries and cultural settings, which has shaped a strong appreciation of how parenting, education, and leadership are deeply influenced by context, culture, and systems.

Alongside my academic career, I am also a mother. This lived experience has deepened my understanding of the complexities of parenting, education, and leadership—not as abstract concepts, but as realities shaped by relationships, values, and daily decisions. It has reinforced my commitment to approaches that are respectful, relational, and grounded in real-world contexts.

My work draws on Adlerian psychology, positive psychology, and cognitive-behavioural approaches to support individuals, families, educators, and leaders internationally. Across one-to-one consultancy, group workshops, and training, I aim to bridge theory and practice in ways that are thoughtful, evidence-informed, and responsive to the diverse contexts in which people live and work.
